Assessment:
You will have to answer some written questions and carry out a Workplace Practical Assessment where you will be observed working in a team of no more than five people to complete a simple work task, something that you do often and everyone knows what needs to be done.
For example, your team may have made a product, tidied and cleaned your work area, re-stocked shelves, loaded or unloaded a delivery vehicle, or carried out a maintenance check.
You will need to have an important role within the team and carry out particular tasks.
