Assessment Requirements:
You will have to answer some written questions and carry out a Workplace Practical Assessment where you will be observed taking part in a team meeting (of three or more people) in a situation that is a normal part of your work. Your team should be under direction or supervision of, for example, your work manager. The team has to have an agreed and achievable goal. For example, it could be the Workshop Team planning the work schedule for the day/week.
